HelloBetter: digital prevention courses and therapy
The HelloBetter online courses offer support with various mental health issues. The “Stress Management” and “Depression Prevention” courses encourage you to take precautionary steps to safeguard your mental health. Both offers are available for CHF 99 instead of CHF 299, regardless of whether you are insured with Sanitas. With Vital Smart and Vital Premium supplementary insurance you also have a right to reimbursement. You can find the details in the relevant supplementary terms.
There are also a number of specific online programmes for those with acute symptoms such as panic attacks, excessive alcohol consumption, problems sleeping, stress and burnout and depression. These offers are available free of charge to Sanitas customers with supplementary outpatient or inpatient insurance. Others can take advantage of the discounted price of CHF 299 instead of CHF 599. There is no further right to reimbursement under an insurance plan.

Aepsy: find psychological coaching and psychotherapy via supplementary insurance and for self-payers
Swiss platform Aepsy finds hand-picked and experienced therapists for psychological coaching and psychotherapy. Based on a series of questions on your state of mind, Aepsy delivers a selection of suitable psychologists whose services are billed via supplementary insurance or on a self-pay basis. Aepsy aims to ensure that people facing mental health challenges get the support they need quickly and without judgement.
Sanitas customers with Vital Smart or Vital Premium supplementary insurance have a right to reimbursement for psychological coaching. Sanitas will contribute to the costs of psychotherapy if you have a doctor’s prescription and have taken out supplementary outpatient insurance.
