Top spot for Sanitas
We’re ranked No. 1 among health insurers in the Handelszeitung survey on the top insurance providers in 2025.
In a survey conducted by Handelszeitung, HZ Insurance, PME and Statista, Sanitas was ranked first by a clear margin in the “Health insurance” category with a score of 85.5 points. The results are based on the answers provided in an online survey of 2,800 Swiss residents who were polled on their experiences with insurance providers as a customer, employee or broker from 24 July to 2 September 2024. In addition to the overarching factors of satisfaction, willingness to recommend and loyalty, participants were also quizzed on topics such as trust, flexibility, conditions, service, digital offering and claims management.
This fantastic result encourages us to maintain this high level of customer satisfaction in the future.
