The data entered will be processed by Sanitas in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. When you complete the contact form, the following data will be recorded and processed by Sanitas: Personal details (first name, surname, email, phone number, postcode) and data relating to your chosen insurance cover (e.g. details of the basic and/or supplementary insurance plans requested, amount of chosen deductible, accident insurance). This data may be consolidated with existing data held by Sanitas and is processed by Sanitas for the purpose of contacting you and for statistical purposes. Data may be passed on to companies that process the data on behalf of Sanitas in connection with the supplementary insurance cover requested by you for the purpose of contacting you to organise a personal consultation.
