Who we are

At Sanitas, we work with passion and team spirit to deliver innovative healthcare solutions that make life easier for our customers. You decide where you work best: in one of our offices or from home. We are located right in the heart of Zurich, near the main train station.

Turning a job into a career

The right homebase: During the application process, we find out which role and team suits you. After 3 to 6 months, you’ll be ready for more and you’ll be given the freedom to identify new opportunities and drive them forward.
The right organisation: You work in teams on product developments and projects. This agile organisational format allows us to respond quickly to the current situation and implement changes and new approaches as necessary. You won’t find hierarchical functions such as Chief IT Architect in our teams.
Encourage and challenge: Eager to take on a different role? After 2 to 3 years, we encourage employees to take a step forward in their development. To stay up-to-date with the latest know-how, we get input from conferences, events and training courses.
